Our cooksAs you may have heard, there came vital changes as to our culinary team in the autumn 2016/ The former chef, Tomasz Pawlusek, has left the team and been replaced by Michał Markowicz –a lecturer of the Kielce gastronomy school and a member of the Polish Chefs Association, for many years heading the kitchen of the Qubus Hotel. The new chef created a brand new team, consisting of the local cooks: Kamil Piwowarczyk, Bartłomiej Kondzioła, Krzysztof Wojtaś, Marcin Skoczylas, Szymon Pobocha, Daniel Papis, Bartłomiej Bukowski, Paweł Czerwiński.

Flavours like no otherOur new menu is bursting with incredible flavours and delicious aromas. Fall in love with our roasted duck breast with cauliflower bulgur as well as beetroot and mustard sauce, beef cheeks in their own gravy with potato and horseradish purée served with crispy vegetables, try also our pork knuckle stuffed with root vegetables and enriched with horseradish powder as well as with purée of celery, mustard and honey.
All the fans of fish won’t be disappointed either. Amongst our propositions, there are, for instance, fried cod fillet with pearl barley kashotto and vegetables, roasted salmon fillet with sweet potatoes, kohlrabi and carrots served in coconut bouillon with chives, and roasted trout stuffed with fennel and potatoes in courgette flakes.
We never forget about our vegetarian Guests as well. Four dishes have been prepared, having their special needs in mind. Like for instance oyster mushrooms in white wine with Mollet egg, Parmesan and spinach. Sky is the limit! Just say a word and we will modify the recipes as you might only wish or even create something new from scratch.
And as a crowning dessert – why don’t you indulge in the filo pastry with vanilla cream, raspberries and powder sugar, an apple-pie with almonds and vanilla ice cream, crème brûlée with hot raspberries or a sundae with fruits and whipped cream?
